  For bank transfers or convenience store payments, orders will be shipped once payment is comfirmed.

Returns and Exchanges Policies

Please be sure to check your order when it arrives and contact us by email or phone within 7 days for replacements if you notice any of the following.
・the delivered product is different from what was ordered.
・the delivered product is broken, dirty or defective in some way.
