POINT
精油の力を効果的に身体に取り入れるために、部屋を暗めにし、テレビなどの騒音のない、静かな環境でお使いいただくことをおすすめします。

お風呂上がり直後の濡れた肌にオイルを塗ってから、タオルでそっと水分を抑えるようにふき取ります。乾いた肌に塗るよりもオイルの伸びが良くなり、肌により馴染みます。ベタつきが気になる方にも適した使い方です。
バスタブのお湯に数滴たらして、バスオイルとして使うこともできます。シャワーなどで洗い流さず、タオルでそっと抑えるようにふき取って。

湯船につかりながら、手の平にオイルをひと垂らし。首すじやデコルテをマッサージすれば、湯気とともにハマムの香りがたち、深くリラックス。
